As all Hands Of Alfie pieces are Made To Order we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please reach out to us at info@handsofalfie.com.au to discuss.

Cancellation of an order
As all Hands Of Alfie pieces are Made To Order you are unable to cancel your order once production has started on your ring. Production will start 24 hours after your order has been placed.
